The joint venture with big group which
include the Wire Drawing factory, Heat Treatment factory
and Screw producer and Package factory together to set
up this new factory. Total investment amount about 3
millions in U.S. Dollar to run this big factory, about
60,000M2 which is located in China.
Our Steel Wire Draw capacity is 3000 Tons every month,
and they have their own heat treat furnace to control
good quality for screw hardness to keep 100% good quality
and they will have their own 200 sets machines, including
heading machines, thread machines to produce all kinds
of screws, and have inspection equipment for ISO9001
(Certificate registration NO.04100 21629) quality approvaled.
Our factory supply all kinds of package, such as bulk
packing, polybag packing, box packing, skin card packing,
blister box packing and special bucket packing¡etc,
according to customer¡¯s design.
Our factory is construction completed, the factory starts
production since Nov. 2000. They can supply very competitive
prices and good quality to satisfy all the customers
to their market. |
